Summary, etc. En el marco de la justicia transicional en Colombia se han desarrollado grandes avances en materia jurisprudencial y legal, respecto al tratamiento de casos ocurridos en elcontexto del conflicto armado para el enjuiciamiento de hechos de graves violaciones de derechos humanos y al Derecho Internacional Humanitario. Uno de estos avances lo constituye la aplicación del enfoque diferencial en la judicialización de conductas atentatorias de la integridad física y cultural de pueblos indígenas.
