Summary, etc. Las consecuencias económicas y financieras de la corrupción resultan de difícil mensuración, en virtud de la complejidad de las maniobras efectuadas y la ausencia de medios ajustados a la investigación y control. Dada la magnitud del problema que se trata y los nuevos medios de comisión del delito, las medidas aisladas de nada sirven. Por el contrario, una decidida acción conjunta desde todos los órdenes, incluida una adecuada capacitación en el área del derecho penal, podría si bien no terminar con este flagelo, al menos lograr su persecución eficiente. Se abordan tanto temas teórico-dogmáticos, como lineamientos y herramientas prácticas con los elementos existentes para la investigación y control de la corrupción pública.
